Science: Current Issue The Scripps Research Institute has named two eminent scientists to lead one of the world's largest private biomedical research institutions. Scripps chemist Peter Schultz will serve as CEO, while Steve Kay, formerly a dean at the University of Southern California (USC), will serve as president.
